Meredith is a Registered Clinical Social Worker (RSW) as designated by the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and is also a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW) and Psychology Today.  She holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a concentration in Clinical Practice from McMaster University and a combined Bachelor of Arts (Sociology) and Bachelor of Social Work (BA/BSW) degree, also from McMaster University.  Meredith has also earned an Addiction Care Worker diploma, as well as a certification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.  She has also completed MAST (Mindful Awareness Stabilization Training), Introduction to Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples Training, TEACH (Training Enhancement in Applied Cessation Counselling and Health for the Cessation, Protection, Prevent and Evaluation of Tobacco Use Disorders), and Critical Incident Stress Management debriefing training.

•Relationship (conflict, communication, trust, intimacy, codependency, abuse, separation/divorce, etc. involving a past or current intimate partner and/or other family member)
